Donna Lasit pastors and leads The Pearl Church alongside her husband Doug in Denver, CO. She is a world-renowned worship leader, recording artist, and speaker who is passionate about people finding life and purpose in Jesus.

Donna leads The Beautiful Conference at The Pearl Church, which is an annual women’s conference in Denver, CO. This conference brings together thousands of women from around the world to be united, empowered, and released to be all that God has called them to be.

She is the founder and creator of The Beautiful Magazine, a publication of redemptive stories and faith-based insights written by women for women.

Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, her three kids, Kale’i, Tessa, and Ka’i, as well as her daughter-in-law Lacey, and her son-in-law Isaac. She loves a good London fog, playing with her puppy Keeper, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.

Havilah Cunnington

Havilah Cunnington is a sought-after communicator, published author, top-rated podcaster and has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years. In addition to being the Women’s Pastor at Bethel Church, she and her husband Ben, lead a nonprofit called Truth to Table. They're obsessed with reaching the world with Bible studies, messages, and lifestyle leadership tools.

Havilah and Ben live in Redding, California, with their four young sons: Judah, Hudson, Grayson, Beckham and their new puppy; Barkley.

Octavia Cormier

Pastor Octavia Cormier is the Co-Lead Pastor of Zeal Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she serves alongside her husband, Brandon. Passionate about helping people experience the transforming grace of Jesus, she leads the church’s Women’s Ministry and oversees marriage and pastoral care ministries. Known for her authentic teaching, biblical depth, and practical encouragement, Octavia desires to equip people to know God’s Word, grow in their faith, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

Octavia is also the host of the With Grace podcast, where she has honest conversations about navigating the transitions of life through the lens of grace. Above every title she holds, she treasures being a wife to Brandon and a mom to their four children, believing that her greatest calling is to faithfully love God and serve others.
