This page is for submitting maintenance and repair needs, helping us keep spaces safe, functional, and ready for ministry. If you notice something that needs attention, don’t assume someone else has already submitted it, go ahead and let us know.

Use the Secure access request form to request a personal code for your volunteers/team members.
this code will allow entrance via the building's secure access points.

Request Types & Timelines

Emergency (Immediate)

Urgent issues that need immediate attention. Please contact Tiffany, Operations & Facilities Manager immediately.

Safety Hazard (Same Day)

Anything that could put someone at risk. Please contact Tiffany, Operations & Facilities Manager immediately.

Major Maintenance (2–5 Days)

Repairs that impact how spaces function.

Minor Requests (3–7 Days)

Smaller adjustments or needs.

Cleaning aligned with building use.
